We believe in a "team" approach to all your beauté needs. Please feel free and welcome to try all the stylists in the salon. It's always great to have more than one stylist to know and love your hair!

reservations & cancellations:

1st TIME NO-SHOW: IT’S ON US!
No worries… we just kindly ask you leave CC info to hold your next reservation!

2nd TIME NO-SHOW: 50% of Services Charged
We hate you missed your appointment… As a favor, we’ll only charge you half.

3rd TIME NO-SHOW: 100% of Services Charged
We miss you! But our stylists have been waiting….

We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or it will be considered a “no show”.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to f ill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via text and email 24 hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Rescheduling Fee will apply.

As a courtesy, we will text/call/email to confirm your service the day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember you appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and Rescheduling Fee.

payments & gratuities:

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are welcomed in cash and can be added to your total services on a credit card.

punctuality:

In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience at MMBB please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes.

services & satisfaction

If for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within seven (7) days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
